Excluding a Remote Unit from the Call Schedule and Overdue Call Report


To exclude a Remote Unit from the Call Schedule and Overdue Call Report:
  1. Open the Remote Unit Configuration application.
  2. In the Available Remote Units list, select the Remote Unit to exclude.
    Use the Search Engine utility to find a particular Remote Unit or group of related Remote Units
  3. Click the Edit Icon.
    The View Remote Unit dialog box appears.
  4. Click the General Information tab.
  5. Under Configuration, deselect Active.
  6. Click OK.
