Setting Up Default Field Order and Length for Available Remote Unit Inputs lists

You can reposition the order in which the Remote Unit Input fields are displayed and also modify the size of the Remote Unit Input fields. These modifications will be reflected when viewing an Available Remote Unit Inputs list.

To set up the default order and length of the Remote Unit Input fields:
The default order and length only applies to the Remote Unit Input selection list.
  1. On the File menu, select Preferences.
    The Preferences tabs appear.
  2. Click the Input Selection tab.
  3. Under Order and Length of Available Inputs List, select the field you wish to reposition.
    The position of the selected field is displayed in the Old box, under Position.
  4. Under Position, enter the new position for the selected field in the New box. You can type the position or click the arrows and select a position.
  5. Click Apply.
    The new position for the selected field is displayed in the Position column in the Order and Length of Available Inputs List.
  6. In the Length column of the selected field, enter the new length.
  7. Repeat Steps 3 through 6 to modify any additional fields.
  8. When you have finished modifying the fields, click OK.
