Editing an Overdue Call Report Image


To edit an Overdue Call Report Image:
  1. Open the Overdue Call Report application.
  2. In the Available Images list, select the Image you want to edit.
  3. Click the Edit Icon.
    The Edit Image dialog box appears, where you are provided the following options (tab dialog boxes):
    Where tab - use to specify the report output and destination, rename the report, schedule the report for an Autoload.
    What tab - use to specify whether the report is for a Single Report Unit, an Account, or All Remote Units in the system.
    How tab - use to specify: the information to include on the report, the manner in which to sort the report, a reference date and time for the report, and whether the report is based on last call time or next call time.
  4. When you have finished editing, click Save.
    If you have selected Printer or Both under Output Type (on the Where tab), the Print Option dialog box appears and you must go to Step 5.
  5. Select Portrait or Landscape to specify how you want the report positioned on the page when printed.
  6. Examine the Printer and Port boxes to verify that the report will be sent to the proper printer. If you want to change the printer, click Printer.
  7. Click OK.
