A Call Profile is assigned to a Remote Unit using the Remote Unit Configuration application, when it is added to the system. If you want to
change the Call Profile for a single Remote Unit, you must use the Remote Unit Configuration application. For the following task, you are
changing a Call Profile for an Account with multiple members or a List.
Click the Misc tab and deselect (clear) the Change Special Command Count to and click the Alarms tab and deselect all the Change
check boxes.
To change a Call Profile for multiple Remote Units:
- Open the Multi-Member Configuration application.
- In the Available Images list, select the Image you want to use.
If there is not an available image that meets your criteria, you can add a new image first.
See Adding a Multi-Member Configuration Image.
- Click the Edit Icon.
The Edit Image dialog box appears.
- Click the What tab.
- Under the Select Information group, select either:
Account if you are changing the call profile for the members of an Account.
List if you are changing the call profile for the members of a list.
The list is displayed as Available Accounts if you have selected Account, and as Available Lists if you have selected List.
- Select the Account or List you want to use.
Use the Search Engine Utility to find an Account or List or to sort the list by a particular field.
The "Selected List" or "Selected Account" is displayed in a box next to the Search for box.
- Click the Misc tab and select Change Call Profile to:
- Select the call profile you want to assign from the Available Call Profiles list.
- Click Change
- If you want to use this configuration again, click Save.
- You can rename the image - click the Where tab and enter a new name in the Image Name box.
- Click the Autoload button to set up the image for an Autoload.
