To view multiple data types for a single Account:
- Open the Data Viewer application.
- In the Available Accounts list, select the Account that retrieves the data you want to view.
To help you in finding a particular Account or related group of Accounts, you can setup and execute a search with the
Search Engine utility.
- In the Account Members list, select the Account Member that retrieves the data you want to view.
- Click
and
and specify the beginning date and time for the period over which to retrieve Interval data for viewing (the end date and time is the present date).
- In the Data Type list, click the arrow and select the data type you want to view.
- Click
.
The "Viewer" dialog box for the selected Account Member appears.
If there is no data available, the following message will appear on that Account Member's "Viewer" title bar:
"No [Data Type] Data for [Remote Unit] [Remote Unit ID]"
If you are viewing Interval data, you can click
to view the Previous set of 60 Intervals and click
to view the Next set of 60
Intervals. These options are also available on the View menu.
If you are viewing Time of Call or Daily Readings data, you can click
to view the Previous month's data and click
to view
the Next month's data. These options are also available on the View menu.

- Repeat Steps 3 - 6 for each additional data type you want to view.
Notes:
You can view multiple data types for the same Account Member by making a new selection from the Data Type list and then
clicking
When you have finished viewing, you can close all the open "Viewer" dialog boxes by selecting Close All on the Input Windows menu.
- Close the data viewer dialog box in any of the following ways:
Selecting Exit on the File menu.
Pressing Alt + F4. (You can use this for any open dialog box)
Clicking the X in the upper right corner of the dialog box.
