Specifying the Call Schedule Order


To specify the Call Schedule order:
  1. Open the Call Configuration application.
  2. Under Sort Schedule By, select the order (sort) option you want to use for the Call Schedule.
        Remote Unit Product Type - Specifies that the Call Schedule will be sorted and performed by the Remote Unit product type.
        Remote Unit ID - Specifies that the Call Schedule will be sorted and performed by the Remote Unit ID.
        Site ID - Specifies that the Call Schedule will be sorted and performed by the Site ID.
    You have now specified the Call Schedule order. To implement the new Call Schedule order, you must run the call schedule.
