Scheduling Calls from Multiple Remote Units That Share a Phone Line

1. Open the Call Configuration application.
2. In the Call Profile ID box, select the Call Profile to which the Remote Units, (sharing phone lines), are assigned.
3. Click the Edit Icon
   The Edit Call Profile dialog box appears.
   A pop up screen with three radio buttons for call spacing options appears.
   See Edit a Call Profile for more information.
   To initiate these changes, you must run the call schedule.
