Removing a Member from an Account

The associated Time of Call, Interval, and Daily Reading, data for an Account Member ARE NOT removed from the system.
To remove a Member from an Account:
  1. Open the Account Configuration application.
  2. In the Available Accounts list, select the Account from which you want to remove Members.
    Use the Search Engine utility to find a particular Account of group of related Accounts.
  3. Click the Edit Icon.
    The Edit Account dialog box opens.
  4. Click the Account Members tab.
  5. In the Account Members list, select the Account Member (Remote Unit Input) you wish to remove from the select Account.
    The Account Member entry is marked with an "X".
    To add multiple Remove Unit Inputs to the Account Members list:
    1. Hold the Shift key down and select the Account Members
    2. Press the Delete key.
  6. Click OK.
