The User Security Application enables you to add new users to your system. When adding the new user, you can specify a user name and password and then decide if and when the password expires and must be changed. If you logon as a System Administrator, or you have admin rights (all options on the Security tab checked), you can specify the applications to which a user has access and their function privileges within those applications.
After a user is added to the system, the password and security privileges can be modified.
