The Data Status Report application can generate a report, for an Account or a List, on the status of your Interval, Time of Call, and Daily Reading data.
You can run Data Status reports to determine:
- Where data is missing
- Where data begins and ends (time frame over which data exists)
- If data exists in a particular time frame
You should run the Data Status report before you run your billing reports. This will enable you to verify that data for the report exists.
The Data Status Report application is Autoloadable; so, you can setup a Data Status report to run once a month before your billing period.
